Logistics company consumer reviews

Over the millions of consumer have left us reviews about their shipping experiences from over 1K logistics companies around the world.

Until now, AfterShip product and partnership teams have only used this data internally for our own decision making, but starting now everyone will be able to benefit from this valuable data!

Raw and unfiltered, we don’t create engagement loops that filter or sort for good reviews, and we do not let logistics companies manage or influence their scores.

To see any reviews for yourself, visit https://www.aftership.com/carriers, find the carrier of choice, then click on the Customer Reviews tab as in the image above.

Underneath the reviews, you’ll also see a snapshot of comments left in the reviews as well:
