Review: “With AfterShip’s tracking automation, our customer service has improved, and customer queries on order statuses have been reduced. It’s a tool that’s helped with the growth of our business. By integrating its software, we’ve been able to create our own brand tracking link—or page with customized widget—so that customers may track their orders easily. It’s cost-effective.

It scores high in real-time tracking rates. Its easy API integration also allows you to import your store orders automatically to the AfterShip dashboard—this syncs data automatically with our courier partners.

AfterShip also lets customers track their orders from almost any courier service provider. Another great feature is its ability to detect the corresponding courier partner from the tracking number alone.

Review: “My overall experience has been great! I’m used to spending too much time being passed from department to department for other things, and it’s been refreshing that all my chats so far have been resolved in 10-15 max.

I like this software above others because it’s relatively simple to integrate with my online store. Customer service is available 24/7 and always very helpful and courteous. I also enjoy the amount I can do without a paid plan, which is always helpful.

I chose AfterShip after finding other products more confusing to figure out, and more pricey. While I’d like to give customers a definite, real-time shipping rate, as a small business, it’s quite expensive. Also, being a Canadian retailer that does business equally between the US and Canada, I’ve found a lot of products are limited to only one ship-from address. My situation is complicated in that I use a shipping broker, where I drop products off and they truck them to the US border. If I were to use real-time shipping, I wouldn’t be able to switch between Canadian addresses for Canadian customers, and US addresses for US customers. So, for me, I’m using AfterShip’s tracking services and that’s awesome.
