Add Tags and Images to the Returned Items to Manage Returns Better

AfterShip Returns Center now allows merchants to add tags to the returned items to classify them based on their quality. Additionally, you can also add up to 6 images per returned item as proof to facilitate and fasten further processing.

How to access the new features
- Log in to AfterShip Returns Center
- Go to “Returns”
- Choose the RMA (return merchandise authorization) number to which you want to add tags and images
- Click “+ Add tags or images” to add relevant tags and images for each returned item
- Click “Confirm” once done
Note: You can add up to 3 tags and 6 images for each item.
- You can click on “More filters” > “Item tags” to add, remove, or manage tags easily
